This website is operated by Rosie & Me. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rosie & Me. By visiting the Rosie & Me website and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our patterns for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of our website or product, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Prices and Taxes
All prices are expressed in Euro’s. Since we are a small Dutch based business, we are (as of January 2020) exempt of calculating any taxes. Therefore no taxes will appear on your invoice. Delivery costs are not included in the price and are calculated before the validation of the order. Prices of our patterns are subject to change without notice.
Certain patterns may be available exclusively online through the website. All descriptions of the patterns are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any pattern at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any of the patterns, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the purchased items will be corrected.
Due to the limited availability of seats we recommend to register early. Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Cancellations are free of charge up to one week prior to the workshop. After receiving the cancellation we will refund your payment within one week.
When a cancellation is made within one week prior to the workshop we will only refund the full amount when a substitute candidate can be found (either by us or by the candidate itself).
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Rosie & Me patterns in any condition, hard or soft copy, without written permission by Esther Kocis-Rosenbrand.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The order process is SSL secured. For online payments you will automatically be directed to a secured payment page.
Ordering confirmations and status notifications will be sent by e-mail. It is therefore important to enter a valid e-mail address and to check your spam filter!
Rosie & Me attaches great importance to safe payments and works together with Payment Service Provider (PSP) Sisow. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal Europe. All Payment Services are handled thought secure transmissions (SSL).
You can make secure payments by using one of the following payment methods:
We only send billing information digitally. You will receive a specified bill including VAT information after the order has been sent.
Orders will be sent via PostNL mail box service. Bigger orders that cannot fit a standard mail box will be sent by Post NL Package service. Orders that need to be shipped outside of Holland can be sent by DPD or to a Kiala pick up location as well. It is not possible to come and pick up orders personally.
We will sent customer ordered patterns within 2 business days. Business to business (wholesale) will be sent within 7 business days. It is possible to check the status of your order into your account. In case it is not possible to sent your complete order at once, we will send the after delivery without any extra charges. When the delivery time is longer then expected you will be informed by e-mail. In that case you have the right to cancel your order or to choose for a different item.
Please check your order upon receipt, to make sure your order is accurate and complete. Incompletion or errors need to be reported within three days.
Delivery costs will be added during check out, before the validation of the order. Delivery costs are weight based and include handling and packaging cost as well.
Important: Rosie & Me is not liable for missing orders caused by filling out wrong shipping information. Also we are not liable for loss, theft or damage of any order that was caused during shipment.
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on used items. If your return is a result of an error on our part, we will issue a refund for shipping as well as the cost of the item. Otherwise, shipping is nonrefundable. Refunds are given as store credit that can be used for anything in our pattern store!

Once we receive the return, you will be notified by email how you can use your store credit.
All Gift Cards & PDF patterns are final sale. Due to the nature of digital goods, and the fact that you receive access to the files immediately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on PDF patterns. Please check your order carefully when shopping, and make sure you have selected the right format and/or language!
Errors and Complaints
Occasionally there may be information on our product or site that accidentally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We do our up most best to process your order to full satisfaction. However, in case you unexpectedly have a negative experience with your order or our service, we would like to hear about this as soon as possible. We will do our best to come to a satisfying solution within 14 days. You can notify your complaint via our contact form.
