Wrapdress with pleats and 3/4 sleeve. The Charlie dress is finished on the inside with contrast facing. At the front neckline this folds over as a collar. Shaping around chest and hips is created by pleats. The dress closes with tie-straps stitched out from the waist piece, wrapped around in the back and tied in the front side.
Version A (see picture) has a pointy collar and boxpleat on top of the sleeve.
Version B has a more rounded collar and a straight sleeve.
Either sleeve can be used on either version.
Sizing: European 34 – 44 / USA 4 – 14 (see about the patterns for body measurements per size)
Level: Confident Beginner. Since there is no complex closure needed (think zipper or buttonhole), this dress can very well be made by a beginning seamstress that is ready for a challenge.
